THE PROJECT AGROSALON HAS BECOME THE COMMON OBJECTIVE FOR ALL THE PARTICIPANTS
From the 7th to the 11th of May the Russian Union of Manufacturers of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment for the agroindustrial complex «Soyuzagromash» by whom the exhibition of agricultural machinery AGROSALON is being organized held the traveling seminar devoted to organization and participation of the companies in exhibitions. Hospitable Turkey was chosen as the seminar location – the sea, sun and informal communication after the training have done their work.
«It was extremely important to destroy the existing stereotype like the exhibition is just a product demonstration when everyone is surviving the way he can. Our purpose was to teach the participants of exhibitions to make a profit – to present products correctly, draw the attention of visitors and communicate with them. And what is the most important thing – we tried to humanize the seminar so that people don’t disappear behind figures and all sorts of case solutions. Why, it's them who determine the success of the exhibition and that of the company», the director of the exhibition AGROSALON Alla Yelizarova says.
The representatives from 25 companies took part in the traveling seminar. All of them received the necessary knowledge and a charge of positive emotions to bring to life the important exhibition project of this year – the specialized exhibition of agricultural machinery AGROSALON! I think that the past seminar and exchange of opinions is a creatively different step, which again shows that the steering committee of the exhibition is thinking and acting without using patterned acts, being eager to make the exhibition comfortable and useful both for visitors and exhibitors.

Mr Nikolay Karasyov who is an exhibition professional gave competent answers to questions asked at the seminar. I made notes on many points from his speech, especially psychological aspects and those actions that are inadmissible for an exhibitor when he is at his stand.
The important thing is that the organizers of AGROSALON learnt from exhibitors about «bottlenecks» during organization of the exhibition; we hope that they will eliminate them where possible.

To my opinion, the experience of realization of this sort of seminars is invaluable for all the participants. The concept of the event is not a traditional one; it includes communication in an informal atmosphere, exchange of opinions, discussion of ideas and plans. It is very important that the organizers of the exhibition AGROSALON consider maximum effect of the exhibition as the corner stone, attracting

The seminar AGROSALON Turkey Incentive Tour 2009 was held in an unusual format: 10% of work and 90% of recreation, which allowed me to find many new and interesting ideas, being much more efficient than sitting in a stuffy office. For the moment, nobody has realized an event similar to AGROSALON. The atmosphere of the seminar was relaxed and disposing for open communication. It is good on organizers that they are trying to involve the participants into the conversation using the discussed topics and offered games.
