On October 09, 2010 the Second Youth Forum "The Youth Day - AGROGENERATION" organized within the framework of the  International Specialized Exhibition of Agricultural Machinery AGROSALON will be held in the International Exhibition Center «CROCUS EXPO», Moscow.

The Second Youth Forum «The Youth Day - AGROGENERATION» is traditionally held with the support of the Russian Youth Agrarian Movement, the Association «Agroeducation», the All-Russian Board of young scientists from educational and scientific agrarian institutions and the all-Russian public organization "Russian Agrarian Youth Union" (RAYU).

This year, the youth forum will unite more than 3000 delegates from all the regions of Russia; these will be students from the agrarian universities and young scientists of the sector. The project mainly aims to familiarize the young specialists with the latest technologies, improve their knowledge, demonstrate the last achievements in the agricultural engineering sector, and draw the attention of the young specialists whom the sector demands so much.

The diverse business program of the Youth Day developed with the consideration of topics and issues attractive for students and young scientists of the agrarian sector will make the visit to the exhibition not only interesting but also informative.

The seminars and conferences held within the framework of the Youth Day will cover such issues relevant for the youth as young staff assistance in agriculture, professional training and employment of the youth in the agrarian sector of economy, including under the conditions of the global financial crisis. Young specialists will be able to directly communicate with agricultural machinery manufacturers and ask the questions they are interested in.

«The Youth Day - AGROGENERATION» will traditionally become the ground for the following largest youth events:

• Annual Conference of Russian Agrarian Youth on relevant issues;
• All-Russian school of young scientists «Development of resource-saving technologies for agricultural machinery service and repair»;
• Telebridge with the representatives of universities and Associations of young scientists from the agrarian sector in the distant regions (at the Omsk State Agrarian University);
• International seminar on issues of establishment of international links in the sphere of agrarian science with participation of the foreign representatives of the sector.

Students of agrarian universities will be able to participate in the Competition of innovative student projects in the sphere of mechanization according to the results of which 6 winners will be announced and awarded with valuable prizes.

The bus transfer region-Moscow-region will be organized for student groups representing agrarian universities of Russia. An excursion will be held at the exhibition AGROSALON to familiarize the young specialists with the leading Russian and foreign manufacturers of agricultural machinery and equipment for the AIC.
